Why do I say that?

Because not only do we give you an effective and healthy way to lose weight and move to a healthier diet, but also how to change what I call ‘the head stuff’, which are the psychological blocks and beliefs that always seem to sabotage even the most successful weight loss regimes in the long term.  Diet is important and a large part of the picture, but so is mind set – and this is not something you can change on your own.
