This page tells you the terms and conditions on which we supply to you our programmes (as well as our Terms of Use) and services listed on the website.
By placing an order for any programme or product you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least 18 years old.
The contract between ourselves and you will be formed when we despatch the programmes to you or you gain access to the programme pages on the websites.
The price of the programme or product will be as quoted on the site from time to time, except in the cases of obvious error. These prices do not include any physical delivery costs should they be relevant, in which case they will be listed separately. Prices may change from time to time and we do not guarantee any price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
Payment must be by credit card or debit card. All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer and we take payment when we accept your order shortly before we despatch the programme or product to you.
Unless otherwise stated, all programmes will be delivered electronically.
The content of all programmes is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce the programmes or any part of them unless you have written permission from the copyright holder.
All sales are final unless you have been expressly promised otherwise. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of your product, please contact info(at)sairasalmon(dot)com either for replacement or refund of the price paid as determined by ourselves. If we do agree to a refund it will be by the same method used by you to pay for your purchase and will be processed as soon as possible, or within 30 days following the date of agreement.
All sales of online programmes are final. By completing the purchase you acknowledge that you have thoroughly reviewed the course description and the nature of the programme.
